*UPDATE – Displaced U.S. Federal Workers

Georgetown University deeply values the service and commitment of public servants. We understand that recent changes within the federal workforce are bringing uncertainty and challenges, and we are committed to supporting you during this time. We have compiled a range of resources and opportunities designed to assist all federal workers, including our alumni and members of the Georgetown community, as you navigate your next steps.

Georgetown GLOH values the impactful work of those in public service, and we recognize that federal government reductions in the workforce and other governmental shifts have impacted many in the DMV community and beyond. Our program is pleased to offer an application fee waiver, deadline extension, and a 10% scholarship on base the tuition for Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 to support those affected who would like to advance their skills and explore new opportunities.

The M.S. in Global Health program aims to enroll students who: are highly capable in their academic pursuits.

  • reflect a diversity of backgrounds and professional experiences.
  • are culturally competent.
  • possess an enduring passion for improving the health and development of under-served populations worldwide.

Our graduate cohort size is small (~25 students annually) because we value the importance of personal relationships in graduate education.
